Hats Off to 18 Spring Trash Bash Volunteers

On Saturday April 23 a group of 18 dedicated neighbors assembled at the Magnolia Wood pool parking lot for coffee, breakfast pastries and a little fellowship before fanning out into the neighborhood to collect litter from our beautiful streets and make them more beautiful. Two otherTrashBashSpr16_3 neighbors were not able to participate Saturday but cleaned street sections a few days later.

The refreshments were donated by our new corporate neighbor, Robèrts Fresh Market Grocery, which has offered to continue doing so for future events.

Many thanks to all these good volunteers, and to those who pick up litter on their daily walks, for helping keep our neighborhood one of the best in Baton Rouge.  The volunteers are listed below.
